Community Action on Dementia now have a web chat system that allows users to communicate in real-time using. Anyone with a query or information on all things dementia are welcome to use the facility. We know that lock down has meant many people living with dementia and their carers often feel they do not want to be a burden in these times. Please pass the word that we are hear to chat and that nobody should feel they are a burden to services.
